Richard Guzman is a professional member of the American Institute of Building Design and is the founder and president of R.G. Designs. The corporate headquarters is located in beautiful Bonita Springs, Florida.

 

Through experience, innovation is perfected. Rich Guzman brings over 27 years of creative and technical innovation to provide unparalleled residential design.

With a concentration on creating bespoke residential designs, Rich has become nationally recognized for composing imaginative designs that reflect the discerning tastes of his diverse and eclectic clientele. His work is well known for incorporating fresh innovative ideas that have been able to shape future design trends in the local Real Estate Markets. An intuitive approach to design allows him to refine his clients’ vision into a unique space that is stunning, luxurious, and functional.

Bogar Lopez is an ongoing asset to R.G. Designs, as an AutoCAD designer.

 

Bogar was born and raised here in SW Florida. He graduated from Estero High School and from High Tech Central in Ft. Myers, with a degree in Architectural drafting.

 

He continues to be appreciative of the training and mentoring he received from his former teacher, Gary Christiano and of which he continues to receive here at R.G. Designs under the knowledge and guidance of Richard and John.

 

With Bogar’s effective communication skills, drafting talent and computer savvy knowledge, he will have an indefinite, productive and mutually rewarding future here at R.G. Designs.
